Processing Time All mirrors are custom-made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to design and produce your mirror before shipping. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Methods & Costs We offer standard shipping across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All mirrors are custom packaged with care using high-quality, locally sourced protective products to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after your mirror is ready
- Express shipping: 2-5 business days after your mirror is ready (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
International Shipping Currently, we ship within Australia only. If you're located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
Damaged or Lost Items We take great care in packaging your mirror, but if your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
